    A transfromer oil cooling fins (radiator) the oil passage is blocked or partially blocked , therefore the oil temperature is not uniform but is higher at one end because the hot oil cannot be moved to allow it to cool.

    Looks like transformer radiators to me too. The only thing funny is that these type radiators don’t usually have valves, so I am not sure what is causing the blockage.

    Another geuss is when you look to the far left of the image everything is heating up not just the cooling fins , that may be from heat from the fins at that end or it may indicate another source of heat such as the sun hitting at that angle ( or something ) . But I’m going to stay with internal problems in the circulation of the oil that’s causing the heat .
