Looks like a liquid storage tank of some form, exposed to solar radiation on one side. Possibly a water storage/tower?

Nuke tower?
It looks like it has a ladder on both sides. I would have guessed an exhaust stack from a boiler or something similar, but since tank was in the hint, I will guess a hot water storage tank.
It’s a rocket ship! Prepare for launch in 10… 9… 8…
Really, though, it looks like a silo or grain elevator to me. I would have to agree that the heat is from the sun.
Only one ladder, Maybe asent to a water tower. still trying to understand the the overlook building at the side.
NASCAR?
I’ll have to go with a storage tank of some tpye as well. It may have liqud or soild material to store such as grain, feed, water, fuel, etc. The hot area does appear to be between to ladders and is so concentrated that it may be from the sun hitting it at that angle. Might be a faint outline of a building behind it,with what might be some window panes.could also be a hand, guard rail on a roof or walkway, perhaps even a support structure for a conveyor system of some type. all of this suggests an industrial, commercial setting.I don’t know if the tank is insulated but the light and dark red areas on the tank may indicate where it’s good and where it’s not.
