Feels good to be back and read all of your guesses—especially Dan’s! Here’s the answer…
Answer: Image is of a warm electrical connection due to corrosion at the connection. It’s actually an electrical connection going into a vintage mechanical relayed elevator. The connection shown is also located in an unconditioned space on the roof of the building (FYI).

you good people at fluke are doing a great job !. By the way you’ve mentioned about sending any images ,any of us might have ,in for teaser tuesday [ I'm not saying i have any at this time.].But how or where does a person send thier images to, or did I miss seeing the link??. thanks dan
