Possible Basement Wall(Observing studs) with Moisture and/or Mould issue.
Appears to be a wall. Has what looks like cold air coming around the insulation at the base of the wall where it meets the floor. The orange-red areas are spots where the insulation is holding back cold air. Appears to be wall studs dividing the affected area. Could also be possible water intrution a moisture meter would clear up the matter.
Possibly a ladder in front of a wall or boiler.
if I had to make a guess I would say a wall where there has been recent leakage of some sort that has soaked up into the vertical beams of the wall
fluke should do this on facebook!
You know…that’s a good idea. Still trying to figure out if a lot of our readers have Facebook, though! Are you a fan of our page?
It’s an old drafty, not closed, single-pane window with heavy curtains in front. I think there’s a heat source underneath it, and the curtains are trapping some heat behind it. (BAD fire hazard, by the way)
Looks like a door that has an air or water penetration on the bottom left. Could also be a wall with the same problem.
Could be a wall , could be something else???. Might be cold/ cooler air or moisture or not. Lets wait and see!??.
Its been sugested that the digdtal photo be included , while that sounds good it would remove the “WHAT IS IT ?” mystery and the fun. However not everyone has experence with everything so why not offer a photo sometime close to the reveal day to help some of us out.
